2014 Veterans World Championships Due to the city of Györ’s (HUN) inability to host the 2014 Veterans World Championships on the initial dates, the FIE Executive Committee elected to accept new bids to host these Championships. The Executive Committee, after consulting with the Veterans Council, has approved the Hungarian Federation’s bid for the city of Debrecen to host on the original dates. Therefore, the Championships are to be held in Debrecen (HUN). The dates remain unchanged: October 21-26, 2014.
